They’re setting themselves up for disappointment and the sub is honestly becoming extremely toxic
Backstory: a user on the GTAForums posted a cryptic message on the forum basically saying something will happen on March the 25th. He was technically right on his RDR2 claim it could of been a fluke though because of something else I read, if I see it again I’ll post it on this thread at the bottom. Another thing posted was on 4Chan saying rockstar will change their twitter profile pic on the 20th of March the 20th of March has come and gone, no profile pic change and they were really behind this one and they’re still grasping at straws by claiming GTA online promotion ending on the 25th of March as meaning it’ll be a trailer for GTA 6 but rockstar always ends there promotions on Thursdays. Also there is apparently a GTA 6 website that redirects to the Rockstar games website and recently it’s going offline and they’re taking it as being an announcement every two years rockstar games websites get taken down for games that haven’t even been announced yet and they get put back up for some reason I don’t know.
My theory is GTAForums is using this supposed leaked for there anniversary that happens to be on the 25th of March and r/GTA6 is eating this up like it’s the fountain of youth
Only Rockstar knows when GTA 6 will be ready and they’ll most likely push GTA online until they run out of dlc ideas
