Recently Take Two, Rockstar's parent company, said that they want their studios to make shorter games. So it could be true? I really like this leak because i always wanted Rockstar to make a new IP.

Tron game
Some minor details now. Open world RPG with online components tied together, same world connected with the Single player and online. Release after next-gen consoles (2021). 3+years in development.
Next GRAND THEFT AUTO TITLE Details (Project Americas)
I have a friend who is very reliable and has worked for places such as Kotaku and PC Gamer who relayed this information to me.
- The next GTA title has been in development since 2012 (1 year before GTA 5 launched). Production didn't actually pick up properly until mid 2015. Even then it was on ice while the teams focused on RDR2.
- It's another Rockstar Worldwide Production, not just one or two studios, but all.
- Codename is PROJECT AMERICAS.
- Set in both Vice City and a new fictional location based on Rio de Janeiro, with some linear missions taking place in Liberty City (not open world).
- Game will balance realism and arcade. WON'T be as realistic as RDR2.
- One playable protagonist this time. Male, not female, despite supposed leaks.
- Set in 1970s-1980s.
- You play as an up and coming drug lord-wannabe named "Ricardo". You start off as a grunt doing runs as a cocaine smuggler from Vice City to the new large South American area before making connections with big time drug lords and making your way up.
- HEAVILY inspired by Netflix's Narcos.
- They want to have an incredible 70s/80s soundtrack, but jury is still out on that one.
- A younger Martin Madrazo will make an appearance as will his father who is a big drug lord at the time. You do some missions for the Madrazo family involving hits on other gangs.
- Drug empire building is a mechanic similar to Vice City Stories but bigger. MUCH bigger. Think the GTAOnline system and dial it up to 10. There you have it.
- You can only have weapons on your person. No arsenal in your back pocket. Think RDR2 and Max Payne 3.
- There will be tons of subtitle reading. Think Max Payne 3 amounts. Because the characters speak the language they're native to. Very immersive. Like watching an episode of Narcos. Whenever you're in South America, don't expect to hear much English. Vice City however is a mix of everything. Mostly English though.
- Next Gen only. Not PS4/XB1.
- Game is now their primary focus, alongside another title (which I believe to be Bully 2).
- Game is still in Pre-Alpha so names, locations, details could and probably will change.
- No ETA on a release date.

Enix conference leaks
Hello, it is I! back from the Bethesda conference. I'm not 100% sure if this will all be in the Enix conference, or if part of it will be revealed elsewhere, but here is some enix stuff:

Xbox Leaks 2019-2021
The next Xbox is going to be "Xbox V" and their upgraded version is going to be the "Xbox VX"
The Xbox V (the weaker console) is going to be $400 (excluded disk drive to cut down on cost without having to compromise hardware much) plans are for this version to compete with the base PS5 they will roughly have the same hardware.
The Xbox VX (more powerful one) is going to be $500 (included disk drive, 4k blu-ray) and both are gonna come with 1TB by default.
There going to go $50 off during Black Friday and other events for the first year or two. 2TB versions will be an extra $100 more.
Xbox also has a bunch of Exclusives they are going to tease throughout the next two years but are holding back because they are more focused on making sure they have a good lineup for next generation. So don't expect anything good to release this year or most of next year
Release date is targed at Novemeber 11-22, 2020.
Scarlett is code named for "Xbox Gen 8" in our systems and the real code names are Xbox Lockhart and Xbox Anaconda (which was already known but many people aren't using the terms we use) they also "leaked" some of their hardware before this event on purpose to build hype.

Bethesda conference leaks, from your favorite leaker Sabi
Fallout 76 Wastelanders DLC: NPCs added, Fallout 76 Nuclear Winter: Royale Mode. Two new IPs: Deathloop and Ghostwire Tokyo. Doom Multiplayer lets you play as demons vs Doomslayer. Finally, Rage 2 will get DLC news, which is a given of course. That's all I have to give you. I don't know much else from the Bethesda conference.

Fable iv new leaks
Since fable 3 lionhead studios developers didnt gave a word about a new fable game but now there is a lot of rumours and leaks. My brother started working as a designer in lionhead studios last year and gave me some intel about a new fable game that is currently in development. Acording to my brother, the new fable game will have:
×4 Map size.
Alternative story.
The protagonist could be male or female.
The protagonist is a hero of a forgotten ruined city.
The game will set in a country in europe in The Middle Ages.
You can customize your character.

Fable 4
This was posted here but the post got removed (every time the video gets posted anywhere it seems to be deleted so it's probably real) so I'll post information known here (credit to u/LagSwag1 at r/xboxone):

Theresa and a Heroes Guild are preserved on another planet via a demon door. Time Travel heavily involved in play. Jack of Blades returns.
