The project started production early 2016.
Set in Vice City (based off modern Miami)
*1 location, not multiple like lots of other leaks
Main character is similar to michael from V aesthetic wise
Release for xbox scarlett and ps5, set for 2021 and (my opinion ) probably will be delayed till 2022 in R* fashion
