These were posted on 4chan recently, and apparently came from a Valve News Network Patreon-only stream or something similar. VNN is in possession of a build of HL: Alyx from September 2019. They have apparently had this build for "months", but claim they didn't poke around inside it until recently because reasons. This build is teleport-only, pretty firmly cementing VNN's prior claims that non-teleport movement was a very late addition.
It also has Merle Dandridge as Alyx Vance. The role was recast in October 2019 with Ozioma Akagha, and nobody really knows why, including Dandridge herself. The footage also includes an older version of the ending which is different to the final version in a number of ways. There are differences all throughout.
