Apparently, it's the Xbox that's having trouble hitting it's max power output, not the PS5, according to a Crytec dev.

Not sure how much credence I'd put in this report as the dev has apparently since retracted his statement, plus it's been translated from Persian I beleive so could have some innacuracies, but the points he makes do stand to reason.
