Bully II Trademark apparently found on the Deep Web

Messy post inbound: (slight x-post from /r/bully2)

OK So, a while back in April 2019, a post was made to /r/rockstar about the supposed Bully 2 trademark that has been found:

The original poster NEVER specified where he found this.

Well, a Korean channel has found this trademark on the deep web. He seems to mostly be focused on deep web based stuff.

Anyway, as you can see in his video, he comes across the exact same trademark listing as the /r/rockstar post at 1:54 in his video.

So does this mean it's fake or real?

Well the deep web, citing Wikipedia:

Real or genuine?

I did think it was fake, but with the recent news about the 2020 release, it makes perfect sense for the game to have it's trademark being reviewed, privately.
